The location is very good which is between two subway stations and on the main shopping center. The staffs are very nice to help me to call a taxi and tell me where to send the postcard. Because of the time of my flight, I have to check out before six A.M. They asked me to leave my key in the room and I can leave earlier even though the reception is closed. Also, there is an elevator which is easier to carry the luggage upstairs.

Clogged water pipe of washbasin in my room making a massive noise. 2. Shower on the different floor of mine. 3. Shampoo in a shower had been run out and it wasn't recharged. The reception (and the management) is not 24-hour-available. No service or attendance after 22:00 (on Sundays, after as early as 17:30). the bathrooms are collective. Very small room with paper-thin walls... rooms too tiny and bed uncomfortable. Room was cramped Limited breakfast variety. numbers without a shower and a toilet. I took a photo of the filthy shower. It was disgusting! A spray of chlorine easily solves the problem. This is not really a hotel. Took us ages to find it in the dark and everything shut, no lights. Very hot in the room, no air cond and when asked for a Dan, I was told that they had to look for one maybe the following day. We could not sleep at all in the heat. Very noisy from 6 am. Shouting in the street at around 3 am. No noise goes unnoticed.
