Staff are friendly and flexible. Room and facilities are clean. Closse enough to old town but located in quieter place. Feels like staying again.

The hotel was great close to everything that we wanted to see. The hotel staff went out of there way to help you. They booked places for us to eat and she told as about the Christmas market. They also helped us with booking of the train to our next location. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back there again.

The staff was great. They were very helpful. Our room was clean, spacious, and the beds comfortable. I would recommend Hotel Auersperg without any reservations (ha! ha!).

High quality hotel with friendly, informative staff and many little extras. Our room, in the Villa, was more of a suite and very well presented. The location is close to bus routes, only a short walk into the centre of Salzburg and but in a quiet area. Add to this ease of access and free onsite parking and it hard to see how it could be bettered.

The service was excellent. The receptionist greeted me in German but then switched to proficient English. She helped me to my room and gave me recommendations for dinner. The wellness center was clean and welcoming.

Lack of elevator to the room (villa), the shower did not work very well in my room. The villa did not appear to be non-smoking. It is confusing because what we mean by "non-smoking" in the States is interpretted differently in continental europe. They allow smoking in lobbies and corridors even on floors with "non-smoking" rooms. There was an ashtray in my room as well which gave me pause as well.

The hotel lobby and breakfast room of the are very nicely decorated.It was too cold and rainy to go out in the garden, but it was verybeautiful to look at from indoors. The hotel provided a computerwith internet access free of charge. The included breakfast food wasvery good with home made items such as musilix, organic food andlots of fruit.

The room itself was quite spacious and included a lcd tv and couch, theonly thing I thought was odd, was that the decor in the room was ratherbland without any artwork on the walls.

The staff is very professional, handy and friendly when needed otherwise you don't notice them. I like the hotel design modern yet personal, a beautiful garden, relaxing ambience; warm and cozy; the place you like to return to after walking around or taking endless (still amazing) tours. Breakfast is excellent.

It is quite close to the canal and the Old City. Infact Salzburg is not too big either. The Roof Top Terrace, though hardly frequented, is a wonderful place. The hotel has excellent breakfast and weather permitting, breakfast in the garden is an experience.

Helpful reception staff, fresh, bright decor, lovely breakfast room and terrace. Good breakfast. Gorgeous bath products, and fudge. Quiet location, well signposted. Good parking facilities. Bedroom comfortable.

Confused by two bathrooms! Beds a little hard for our taste.

The resteraunt garden was wonderful. The hotel having the tour buses pick is up was a great bonus.

The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble - they had put champagne and strawberries in my room as a birthday gift- the room was spotless and comfortable-

That we could check in sitting down opposite the desk clerk. That seemed a very friendly way to check in.

When we ordered a dessert in the bar, it took an extremely long time to be served.
