The owner and his family are very kind, helpful and always ready to answer to all questions you have.   We stayed for 5 nights.Firstly we found the location was very central and ideal for access to the main tourist attractions on Vienna. We were accomodated in an annexe to the hotel which we found was very clean,quiet and well heated which was good because although it was Easter the temperatures were below o at times. The staff member looking after ... what people say » the annexe was quiet ,pleasant and efficient. - The hotel is very conveniently located, mozheno easily reached on foot from the main attractions, if you are tired, the subway is literally around the corner from)) hearty breakfast, the staff is responsive, the rooms are simple, clean, everything you need to stay there after the wonderful walks in the beautiful Vienna.
