My stay at this hotel was a great experience.The staff was very helpful and professional.I was upgraded to a suite that the the size of an apartment,very spacious.It was exactly what I was lookin for.The location was phenomenal I was in the middle of downtown and the galleria area,that was great.I was very happy with my choice .

Friendly helpful staff , well run hotel , excellent location with courtesy bus to Galleria and medical centre . Close to all main attraction VERY nice area with upscale eateries in walking distance would you believe . The breakfast was fantastic. We received excellent help from the business centre. They had a guest laundry which was appreciated. The spa was good to use for a massage. Excellent service from all staff! The facilities were very modern, up to date, and enjoyable. Location provided easy access to all points of Houston. convenient location friendly and helpful staff comfortable and quiet environment clean rooms. The room was a great size for 4 people and the beds were very comfortable. Everything! My kids walked into the room and said: "Booking.YEAH!!!". Very convenient where it was located and comfortable room. The best thing I like is the location of the hotel. I liked everything. Good for the money I paid. Called 5 different times to accounts to get the issue resolved and never received a call back. Left 3 different voicemails to the head lady of accounts and was very frustrated with the situation. One week later, I was refunded still with no call to confirm they did refund it to me. I will not be staying at this hotel again. The hotel doesn't have free car parking. I didn't like that complimentary breakfast wasn't included as it was stated in the advertisement at letsbookhotel.com Although after this issue arose, I was given two vouchers for breakfast instead of 4 (amount of people). Besides, I had to pay for parking at the hotel. So, after all the total was $134 instead of $88 initial amount for the deal. The reason I purchased this hotel was the review said within walking distance of the baseball stadium and well it wasn't also the valet guys said they couldn't drive me to the game because it was 4 miles away instead of 3 which is pretty stupid also they were goofing off and I had to call my taxi not them... I won't stay here again if I come to Houston ... Days in drove me to the field 5 miles away in San Antonio. nothing. They double charged my card. They had a construction crew 2 doors down the hall on Saturday morning. Drywall guns zipping away. Hotel room seemed dated. The Air conditioner needs work. It was cooler in the hallway than my room. I would make sure the air works before deciding to stay in the room next time. line at check-in, not sure staff was really "listening". To be fair, they were busy. Car parking charged. Still credit card held amount is not released. Bar drinks were too expensive. The bartender. We only ordered oneglass of wine (your call drink) and he brought us th$16 glass b/c we werent Specific!. The plumbing of the hotel needs to be repaired. Switching on the shower or the tap means almost in the floor could hear the noise. When I wanted to check out in the morning, no one came to the desk, although I waited several minutes. The carpet is in dire need of replacement, and everything looked dark and dated. Needs a re-fresh! Update the place! You have a GREAT location. You could do better!. Sheets felt hard and worn out. The overall service could have been better, a higher degree of courtesy and hospitality as well as being more professional. The internet connection in the room is inconsistent. The overall cleanliness could improve - from the room to the general facilities (I had lipstick marks on my glass at breakfast). The ice machine on our floor didn't work and they were shampooing the carpets and fixing stuff down the hall for hours. Pay more than what the room was worth. Hotel is very dated . Decor from the 80's . I do not plan on staying at this location again. 2 star hotel for 4 star price. Beds were not comfortable . Bathroom needed modernizing. Room, Bed, Parking. Restaurant hours. Professionality of staff (especially at the restaurant) Cost of garage Old design Not all vending machines worked properly (in the laundry room I tried 6 different 1$ bills but none was accepted) No adapters available for rental (I had to buy a small one at the internal shop for 10$!). Over priced musty smell in the hall paint falling off walls in room called 15 minutes before leaving for valet to have car and had to wait 7 minutes before the valet to arrive charge me 2 times for valet.
