Location was great for our needs. Was within walking distance to our venue so we were able to both enjoy having a drink without worrying about having to drive. Very small but well equipped room with microwave, tv, fridge, toilet, shower, aircon, ironing board, place to put clothes, toaster and kettle.
Did lack a dining table.
I was in single bed room. Cheapest I could get.
Awesome location - a little bit of noise as you'd expect.
The little bit of interaction I had with the staff was positive - they were very polite.

We stayed in a king room with a bay view. It was most excellent. The staff was very friendly and even offered to carry our luggage to the second floor. We also enjoyed the pub and dinner. Also clear the owners are investing in some upgrades with new carpeting and some appointments. We did enjoy the quaintness of staying in a vintage hotel. -

Nice staff, we got a free upgrade for our room, but it`s still not so big. However, the seaside view was wonderful, 1 min walking to the beach and the little bridge, good-looking old fashion building, facilities were fined, food were quite expensive. Break-first buffet looks nice but we didn`t have enough time to try it.

The place is well maintained and clean and all facilities including the kitchen is fully functional.
Good place to stay in for a family trip and it's about 30 minutes drive to city center. Groceries and eateries are available in Eltham town which is less than 5 minutes away. -

Breakfast was great with plenty of variety and either indoor or outdoor dinning
Parking for the car was limited but in Melbourne it can cost a small fortune to park your car
Shower was hot enough and ample amount of water

Room was in a fantastic location, wildlife just outside, great view and ( for us ) perfect weather. As well as this the bed was great and spa bath was magnificant.
Location wasnt far from winneries, tracks, cultural activities and restaurants -

Good value for money, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We were in town to spend time with family and only needed a bed for the night, so it met our needs very well. everything in St. Kilda. If you can... Make sure to ask for a studio
in either 5 Acland Street or 36 Blessington Street (which is where
we stayed). Right outside the building there was a barbecue grill
(free to use)... So be ready to get some meat from Cole's and
start grilling!!!

The little apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was easy to book, to extend our stay for a few days, and to check out -- that was all very efficient. Just enough servicing to make keeping the place tidy, without being intrusive. Fantastic location and great value. We'll definitely stay there next time we're in Melbourne.
