The staff were awesome. From the pick up & return to the airport by the hotel shuttle bus was a fantastic service. This alone would make me stay here again. Their night shift driver "JP" even dropped me to the nearest Tram so i could use a more cost effective way into the city. Yeah it takes longer but for $3.50 return by tram to the city is a

myself and my new husband booked the wrong date we flew back into Australia,and at 11:30pm we were able to not only change it to that night-but a free shuttle came to get us!! the room was huge and so clean and bearly 5 mins from the airport. breaky was amazing and we even had a gym to go sweat some over eating from our hoiladay! the staff even helped us with a luggage scale so we could weigh our bags for our flight the next morning.

The cottage was well located, in walking distance between two villages. Although a basic old cottage, it was well appointed and provisioned. The bed was very comfortable, the spa and fireplace were lovely romantic features. There was more birdsong than traffic noise.

I was a bit afraid by reading some of the previous reviews talking about old and chilling rooms, but the cottage we had was very cosy and comfy, with a lovely fireplace and some electric blankets so we were very good.
