Apartments, have all the answers on location. They generally meet the
standards and requirements for comfortable stays. Two Bathrooms and
WC's is a must for sharing people. Nice and clean, roomy, good
quality working Kitchen utilities, and very secure. Would stay here
again only if the price represented better than most for value, as
explained by my red comments.

The apartment was a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, quite spacious one with large windows overlooking the surrounding area. Laundry facilities were incorporated into the main bathroom. There was a heated swimming pool & small gym in the apartment building. The building also has a number of lifts. -

I have already sent a message to the property but I will also express my thanks here We had to cut our stay short by one night due to my brother dying and the property very kindly agreed to refund the last nights fee which we were very grateful for I will be recommending them to all our friends and will be staying there again ourselves

It's was close to all, the unit was quiet and in a good location, the unit had all we needed. Staff were friendly. The gym was A one and the pool was great to unwind after all the walking. I have recommended this shortstay to F & R had a wonderful time, oh and you had food works and bottleshop right next door also very handy.

Nothing was too much trouble for your staff. We arrived earlier than check in so our luggage was stored for us & taken up to our room ready for us when we returned. The porters stored the luggage at check out willingly & when I asked to fetch something out of my bag which they had already taken to the storage room the were very happy to go

I have stayed at this hotel on 4 other occasions and this visit by far
was the best experience. The rooms were luxurious, spacious and very
comfortable, hardly heard any noise, a great bonus, staff we met were
extremely helpful and very friendly, even the young man who fixed our
tv, very prompt and he knew what he was doing! Would definitely re-book
again, thank you for a great stay :)

I loved every part of our stay, the location was excellent with so many options for meals the room was spotless & very comfortable & staff very helpful my daughter loved the pool & shopping in the many shops just a lift ride away. Will defiantly stay at the Crown Metrapol again. Thank you -

Loved everything. We booked a studio apartment for 2 nights. Very
modern, awesome air conditioning units, a small balcony, sound proof as
well, there was construction going across the road but when inside the
apartment you can't hear anything. Loved the foxtel in the lounge
and also a small tv in the bedroom, excellent well equipped kitchen

Lovely apartment, great location that suited our needs perfectly. Close to city, free transport using circle line tram to MCG & city. Etihad Stadium closeby. Mecure suggested Limo transfers from & to airport great value for 3 of us given late night arrival & early morning departure. Appreciated being escorted to our apt by Manager. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed at Plum Southbank for one night prior to an over seas trip. It was a convenient location to the Restaurant Tram which we can recommend and easy access back to the airport. f1. Handy to walk into and around the city. Public transport excellent
but comfortably covered a lot on foot. We were placed in the apartments
next door to The Plum - was still the same management. Room was
spotless, excellent facilities and we had a fantastic 270 degree view of
the city scape - magic at night.

The staff were exceptional, the rooms were amazing and the bed was extremely comfortable. Even walking into the reception and smelling the beautiful scent of the burning candles was such a lovely experience. I ended up staying for 2 nights as I had scored a free night through the overstay program! Best Idea!!! -

It was fabulous to discover it was only a two minute walk around the corner to the Regent's Theatre. Perfect when we went to Melbourne to see King Kong. So, so very close to so many cafes for breakfast, lunch and coffee. A very central location to hop on a tram to go anywhere and only one or two stops to the CBD shops and mall! Yes!

From the moment we walked in the door the experience was friendly. So nice to have excellent costumer service and treated like a person. The appartment was very spacious, modern and very clean. We are heading to melbourne this weekend and hope to stay again.
