Apartments, have all the answers on location. They generally meet the
standards and requirements for comfortable stays. Two Bathrooms and
WC's is a must for sharing people. Nice and clean, roomy, good
quality working Kitchen utilities, and very secure. Would stay here
again only if the price represented better than most for value, as
explained by my red comments.

The apartment was a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, quite spacious one with large windows overlooking the surrounding area. Laundry facilities were incorporated into the main bathroom. There was a heated swimming pool & small gym in the apartment building. The building also has a number of lifts. -

I have already sent a message to the property but I will also express my thanks here We had to cut our stay short by one night due to my brother dying and the property very kindly agreed to refund the last nights fee which we were very grateful for I will be recommending them to all our friends and will be staying there again ourselves

It's was close to all, the unit was quiet and in a good location, the unit had all we needed. Staff were friendly. The gym was A one and the pool was great to unwind after all the walking. I have recommended this shortstay to F & R had a wonderful time, oh and you had food works and bottleshop right next door also very handy.

Loved everything. We booked a studio apartment for 2 nights. Very
modern, awesome air conditioning units, a small balcony, sound proof as
well, there was construction going across the road but when inside the
apartment you can't hear anything. Loved the foxtel in the lounge
and also a small tv in the bedroom, excellent well equipped kitchen

Lovely apartment, great location that suited our needs perfectly. Close to city, free transport using circle line tram to MCG & city. Etihad Stadium closeby. Mecure suggested Limo transfers from & to airport great value for 3 of us given late night arrival & early morning departure. Appreciated being escorted to our apt by Manager. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed at Plum Southbank for one night prior to an over seas trip. It was a convenient location to the Restaurant Tram which we can recommend and easy access back to the airport. but comfortably covered a lot on foot. We were placed in the apartments
next door to The Plum - was still the same management. Room was
spotless, excellent facilities and we had a fantastic 270 degree view of
the city scape - magic at night.

The internet photos were a true representation of a lovely, modern, clean, stylish motel.
The water features around the property were a lovely touch.
The pillow-top mattress was awesome, as were the pillows... I've never slept on such a comfortable bed.
I liked the rooms being smoke-free but that there were nice areas for smokers outside. -

It was fabulous to discover it was only a two minute walk around the corner to the Regent's Theatre. Perfect when we went to Melbourne to see King Kong. So, so very close to so many cafes for breakfast, lunch and coffee. A very central location to hop on a tram to go anywhere and only one or two stops to the CBD shops and mall! Yes!

From the moment we walked in the door the experience was friendly. So nice to have excellent costumer service and treated like a person. The appartment was very spacious, modern and very clean. We are heading to melbourne this weekend and hope to stay again.

Everything. Functional design, very clean, no motel smell, little touches like chocolates and individual soaps for each, wi fi internet and FoxTel, etc. One of the best motels we have stayed at. Our 2 bedroom apartment represented really good value compared to others in the same price range. Spacious bedrooms with 3 single beds for the kids - no need to worry about bunks! Very clean & well equipped for cooking etc.. It's so nice to finally find decent sized coffee mugs supplied too (the little things are important!). Helpful, friendly staff - a great family stay! Oh.. And free wi-if that actually worked!! ;)

Perfect location to access the city for shopping, entertainment ,
sightseeing etc. Circle tram is great as it takes you close to nearly
any point of the cbd that you need/want to visit. Harbour town for
shopping and food, as well as the restaurants. Late check in was easy
with the pin number drop box for our keys. Staff were great. -

Very good communication from management and the neat comfortable accomodation.
Great bed and location which is central as well as easy parking. The manager was friendly and helpful with good follow up to our stay. Great wine and chocolates on arrival. What more could you ask for. -

Easy, Friendly accommodating helpful staff, quick check in and check out as always with all Quests! The best studio style Quest I have stayed in, with a luxurious feel located in a fantastic spot!! Would recommend to everyone heading to Melbourne over Richmond or inner city quests. Love it -
