Location. Very handy to where we had to go. Would be a good idea to have
directions as to how to get from motel to go back to flemmington rd cos
you can't turn right at the lights. We got directions from a
tradesman and then it was easy going. Can be a bit stressful for country
people who don't know melb. -

Perfect location for very small price. Very friendly man at check-in. Spacious apartment with all the essentials for a no frills holiday. -
The Manager and his wife were extremely friendly and welcoming. We loved the location and the proximity to beach and restaurants.

Allowed to check in early so we could then head out for a day at Soveriegn Hill refreshed . -
Close to the city and main attractions. Plenty of space in the room and the beds were really comfortable.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room is modern and well designed also very clean. The best part would have to be the bathroom as I have never stayed in a motel that has water pressure like this place. Will always stay here when visiting ballarat.

Debra, the hotel runner is such a friendly and helpful person. The hotel is quite old but very well maintained, specially the bathroom is very clean. I was upgraded to a queen and the bed was firm and the sheets very clean

Comfy and clean room. In fact, spa room is the best one I ever seen in motels. Pool and outdoor area adds up to relaxing atmosphere. Would be ideal for romantic getaway. For someone who likes cooking own meals, like we do, there's also a public kitchen and dining area, and they can bring a microwave to the room on request. -

The staff were friendly and chatty and even threw in a free cooked breakfast one morning for us. We couldn't fault them.

Thia was a friendly place in a very quiet residential location, close to, but not in the centre of the town. I had a lovely morning walk round watching birds such as galahs & honeyeaters. Some people might prefer to be on the sea front, But Appollo bay is a very small place, so it doesn;t make much difference, particularly if you have a car.

easy location for interstate travelling, Although we had a room that
faced the main road, we didnt realise it untill we looked out in the

we upgraded to the apartment and it was the best stay with all the modern cons you could ask for. The beds were comfy and the pot belly stove was very welcome on a cold winters day, it truly was the best stay we had.

We had dinner in the Hotel and the food was delicious . I would recommend this hotel to friends and we will stay again next time we need to visit the Eye and Ear Hospital.
