  From the time that I walked in all of the staff were very friendly. Housekeeping very friendly and fast, my iron was not working correctly and they replaced it right away.   It was comfortable and the staff were courteous! The only problem was the pool which we could not use for our entire trip because they had trouble balancing the water. Otherwise, the staff were great and the hotel room was just fine. Location is great too in case you want to be traveling to Sakoia National Park, it is less than 40 miles away.   We liked your bedroom set-up. We had a double bed plus we had the hide-a-bed (sofa couch) on the other side with the restroom in the middle. Wow! and the two TVs in each side. Plus you had the refrigerator and the lock-box. Everything was clean. All my family came to visit and they too were surprised we are all hooked on Comfort Suites.
