The hotel was clean and well designed. The room was a little small,
but we expected that. The pool was a refreshing break after a long day
visiting the studios. Warner brothers was 2 blocks away, Universal was
a 10 min drive. Mexican restaurant next door was fantastic. Free
coffee and morning pastries were a great way to start the day. Will
stay there again!

The owner and his family are unbeatable in their hospitality. A smile is
enough for them to go out of their way to help travelers to spend a
great time in their neat and cosy place. The rooms are surprisingly
large. When we arrived, the place smelled lovely, fresh and clean, a
welcome change from LA's horrible traffic-induced stink. Wireless
worked flawlessly and was surprisingly fast as well. Make sure you plan
about 60-90mins of transfer time between lax and this place using the
supershuttle

We liked that it was only a 5 min walk to Universal Studios. The Concierge services were quite helpful and organized a tour for us with Lala Land tours which dropped us off at the airport straight after our tour, which was very convenient. Their 24hr room service was also great, since we only checked in at midnight. -

Location was amazing. It was right in the middle of Hollywood bvld. Hotel was very nicely decorated in a vintage way. Breakfast was something very simple but still fine. -

We switched to this hotel after reading some horrific reviews of our original choice. I am so glad we did.
The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. They ordered us all the taxis we needed and gave us good advice on times/prices etc. A late 6pm check out was at a cost, but we were allowed an extension until 2pm for free! so worth asking

Staff were excellent! ALWAYS friendly and helpful and made myself and my daughter feel very welcome! Beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in during our travels!!!!! Proximity to Hollywood Blvd and Metro. -
Beds and pillows were super comfy, nice bathroom, microwave and coffee maker in room, pantry on site to buy goodies, nice heated pool and spa, excellent location and very clean. Team members very friendly and good restaurant.

An absolute gem of a Hotel, would definitely stay there again. From the moment we arrived the staff went out of their way to help us. Even though check in wasn't until 3 they found us a room and allowed us to check in at 12. The rooms were nothing fancy but perfect for what we wanted - clean and comfortable. The room was very clean and comfortable. The ac was great, but we ended
up turning it off and just using the fan. We were able to leave our
stuff in the lobby for hours and nothing happened to it (we couldn't
check in early). No bed bugs! It was extremely close to Hollywood Blvd,
so we were able to walk there and back no problem. It is close to public
transportation. We stayed for two nights, didn't spend much time in
the room, but when we came back to it after a long day it was very
comfortabl

I did not expect much due to some reviews but I was very happy. My daughter and I were active all day and the location was convient to public metro and buses, and the beds were very comfortable. This hotel was extremely comfortable. It was under construction but no
problems. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the bed. So
comfortable and relaxing. Easy to get to with easy parking as I was
pulling a trailer. About three block from Hollywood Blvd. Great place to
stay and pricing was pretty good as well. -
We stayed at the on highland ave & it was perfect...room looked just like the pictures, house keeping was nice, had a mini fridge, coffee pot & walking distance to the Hollywood bowl, in-n-out burger, shopping, tourist sights & ride away from Runyon canyon and many other activities...fantStic location & hotel
