  I loved everything about this hotel. From the staff, to the room, and the price + location. It was at a peaceful side of Burbank. There was light traffic and if your like me and you like your peace.. And a safe side of the city.. This hotel is great for the pick. Loved it!!!! I'm from Texas.. The pool was a refreshing break after a long day visiting the studios. Warner brothers was 2 blocks away, Universal was a 10 min drive. Mexican restaurant next door was fantastic. Free coffee and morning pastries were a great way to start the day. Will stay there again!

  From the moment I arrived at the Sheraton Universal I was completely happy that I made the right decision. When we arrived, the place smelled lovely, fresh and clean, a welcome change from LA's horrible traffic-induced stink. Wireless worked flawlessly and was surprisingly fast as well. Make sure you plan about 60-90mins of transfer time between lax and this place using the supershuttle

  We liked that it was only a 5 min walk to Universal Studios. The Concierge services were quite helpful and organized a tour for us with Lala Land tours which dropped us off at the airport straight after our tour, which was very convenient.   Excelent staff, wiling to help all time Underground parking. Clean and big room , quiet area. From my window, level 3 ,could see wb studios 5 miles from Chinees theather, after 9.00 am easy to reach Universal Studio 3 miles.   Location was amazing. It was right in the middle of Hollywood bvld. Hotel was very nicely decorated in a vintage way. Breakfast was something very simple but still fine. - A perfect location to hook into Hollywood Blvd activities, tours, etc.

  We switched to this hotel after reading some horrific reviews of our original choice. I am so glad we did. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. They ordered us all the taxis we needed and gave us good advice on times/prices etc. A late 6pm check out was at a cost, but we were allowed an extension until 2pm for free! so worth asking ... vad folk säger » if you have a late flight home. Bedrooms and public rooms were very clean. The location was excellent, a ten minute walk to the Main Hollywood sights - Staff were excellent! ALWAYS friendly and helpful and made myself and my daughter feel very welcome! Beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in during our travels!!!!! Proximity to Hollywood Blvd and Metro. - Beds and pillows were super comfy, nice bathroom, microwave and coffee maker in room, pantry on site to buy goodies, nice heated pool and spa, excellent location and very clean. Team members very friendly and good restaurant.

  An absolute gem of a Hotel, would definitely stay there again. From the moment we arrived the staff went out of their way to help us. Even though check in wasn't until 3 they found us a room and allowed us to check in at 12. The rooms were nothing fancy but perfect for what we wanted - clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delightful - whilst it was not a si - The room was very clean and comfortable. The ac was great, but we ended up turning it off and just using the fan. We were able to leave our stuff in the lobby for hours and nothing happened to it (we couldn't check in early). No bed bugs! It was extremely close to Hollywood Blvd, so we were able to walk there and back no problem. It is close to public transportation. We stayed for two nights, didn't spend much time in the room, but when we came back to it after a long day it was very comfortabl

  I did not expect much due to some reviews but I was very happy. My daughter and I were active all day and the location was convient to public metro and buses, and the beds were very comfortable. The Room had all we needed and they cleaned it well every day. The staff was all very polite and helpful.
