The entire staff, both day and night staff, was so accomadating, and nice: This Days Inn has wonderful people working the front desk, made sure we were comfortable, the room was clean. The hotel room was very well appointed with a comfortable bed and a very big flat-screen television and sitting area. After reading other reviews I was nervous about booking but needed a
budget friendly hotel for our trip. This was definatly budget friendly.
On check in Tony was very friendly. He gave us maps of attractions and
the area and directions on several other occasions. The room we received
did have a musty smell when we got in but it was nothing overbea

The room was clean when we arrived. We did have a light bulb out in the
bathroom but the others were enough to make up for the one that was out. -
I was extremely impressed with the courteous staff and the clean spacious lobby when you walk in. The free breakfast was a surprise in that it had a very good selection of different items to choose from. The rooms were not incredibly new, but there was no smoke smell and everything in the room (even the bathroom) was spotless. The rooms were quiet and comfortable.

We really liked the staff there was one guy that was wonderful his name
was Jesus he was so friendly and nice. We had a problem with a pizza
delivery company and he right a way call us to tell us know about them.
Jesus also asked us if we needed anything to let him know he would go
get it or if we needed to go to Wal-Mart yall would take us. We ha

The location is the key factor, actually next door to the Alamo and very close to the Riverwalk area and the Mall. Felt safe to walk in these areas even late at night. Staff was friendly and helpful. It is a standard room in an old historic hotel, but clean and comfortable. The breakfast that was included was good. The city bus from the airport stops just four blocks from the Crockett, an easy walk passing over the Riverwalk,

I met a friend for a week away and we both loved the hotel and its staff. We especially liked the shuttle service for airport and local transport to dining spots and the access to down town and the area via the highways that were very close. Everything. I needed a place to stay near the airport, where as a solo
woman traveling I felt safe and comfortable. This hotel was perfect.
I accidentally left my cell phone in the lobby of the hotel when I left. I called the hotel from the airport and the front desk supervisor drove my phone and charger to me!! Such service and friendliness!!
