I'm very angry at letsbookhotel.com for giving me a room in the tower
which I asked specifically not to be put in. I asked for the hotel for a
special gift for my friend for her 50th bd get-together. I was so sad
that what we got was a large, uninteresting room for the price I thought
I was paying for the beautiful Supreme Deluxe room in the hotel that
I'd asked for. Not the tower.

The staff was outstanding--helpful, friendly and extremely welcoming. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were relaxing, the grounds were charming and the perfect spot for a short walk. Willows Lodge is also ideally located--within walking distance of a nice biking/hiking trail, Chateau Ste. Michelle and Columbia Vineyards. I would definitely stay

WOW, where to begin!? I have been fortunate to have stayed at some fancy places throughout my lifetime and this place blew them out of the water! The service was impeccable! Everybody seemed like they enjoyed their jobs and genuinely wanted you to enjoy your stay. I can't wait go back!

The Spa was excellent and personnel very professional. We enjoyed the
upgrade to the suite.
The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk. When I had left my hat (Howard) they did find it and I was able to later pick it up. Much appreciated.
Enjoyed lunch and coffee in the lobby areas.
The bed was excellent. -

We loved staying at Salish Lodge. The room was spacious and had a private balcony and a huge jacuzzi in the bathroom with doors that opened into the sleeping area. The therapeutic pools were so nice. The location is simply spectacular for viewing the waterfall! The restaurant was a bit pricey but the food was so worth

The decor and design is tasteful, up-to-date and appropriate for the beautiful setting. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. The food was very good, although a bit expensive for the family.

We called to confirm the special arrangements to protect husband's asthma needs. letsbookhotel.com did not provide the notes to the lodge. They said this always occurred. The location and the lodge itself are great. They have a great view on the valley and the Columbia river. The room was very nice, comfortable, clean and in general very pleasant. We were given an upgrade since the hotel was not very full and had a really nice view. The hotel is equipped with full amenities and have a great yard for a short wak in the morning and the evening.
