We liked that we were right next to the river where there is a park that runs all along it. We walked each morning along the river and enjoyed the sights - condos, herons, grass snakes.

Good hotel. Very clean, the included breakfast was nice, enough selection for all 4 of us to eat what we felt like. We got there a little early ( a little after 2) and they were very accommodating about checking us in early. We were up on the fifth floor, so even though it's on a busy street we didn't have traffic noise. -

The entire staff (Bruce, Maik, Dave and housekeeping) is absolutely delightful, considerate and go out of their way to make our entire stay comfortable. On our last day, we deposited our suitcases to the front desk in the morning and asked them to drive the suitcases in the hotel shuttle and picked us up from the Link Light Rail station at the end of the day and head straight to the airport to save time. Our grandchildren ages 8 and 12 absolutely love the pool and beach. We were taking pictures of their sand castles well after dark on a Saturday night. We have stayed at Sandcastle several times before this trip during spring break.

The restaurant food was tasty and satisfying; the kids menu (espcially the macaroni and cheese) was very good, too. -
I enjoyed many of the restaurants in the area and I like the proximity to Seattle, Bellingham and Vancouver. My mother has dementia and the staff are exceptional with her and it is one of the few places we can go to get away where we do not have to worry about her. She is comfortable in the suites and it is nice to have the two bathrooms

Nice room and it was quiet. Probably the best thing was breakfast and the pass to the local Athletic club. Plus... the hot tub! Very nice. We were visiting friends and this was the perfect place to spend a night away from home. Thank you!

Staff was very friendly and knowledgable. Hotel was very nice. Restaurant catered to the guests. Having special little plates for a snack after the play at the theatre across the street; just the thing we were looking for at a great price.

The ac in the first room we were given was not working properly. Called
down to the desk and they moved us to another room and it was fine.
Comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean and the bathroom had a great
heat lamp and fan! Also, my friend forgot her toothbrush and they had
one for her. Very quiet and they had a great complementary breakfast.

The accommodations were very nice. The room was big. I was very thankful
to be given a bottom floor room, as requested, for my mom who is unable
to go up stairs and has a hard time walking. The breakfast was nice.

Hotel Ruby was located within walking distance (10 blocks max) of everything we had planned for our trip to Spokane. The price was good. On-site parking was available. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The Sapphire Lounge is excellent.
