  The bedroom and bathroom furnishings are luxurious and very comfortable; well light hallways and rooms; very beautiful and graceful main floor--true to period; excellent and well trained staff; awesome food; the town car service is awesome especially since I was traveling with my elderly mom who could not walk great distances (my mom felt very pos... ce que les gens disent » h); the ability to visit the ballrooms, etc. to learn about the history of the original hotel from the turn of the 20th century. Close to down town sh - I'm very angry at letsbookhotel.com for giving me a room in the tower which I asked specifically not to be put in. I asked for the hotel for a special gift for my friend for her 50th bd get-together. I was so sad that what we got was a large, uninteresting room for the price I thought I was paying for the beautiful Supreme Deluxe room in the hotel that I'd asked for. Not the tower.

  The price was wonderful and the bed was comfortable. Staff was very nice. When we went to check out the room rate was $10 higher than we had been quoted on letsbookhotel.com. Talked to the front staff about it and they took care of it right away. The restaurant (Max) is very yummy! A little pricey, but expected from a hotel restaurant. That is a very nice option to have. - It was a convenient location to where we were visiting friends. Most important was we were able to bring along our dogs. The lounge and restaurant at the hotel were excellent. Were able to walk to other restaurants and shopping.

  The view that we had and every thing that we did was close. The staff was great in helping us get around. The Manager Christopher Sullivan was so great.I made a mistake on booking the room. When he found out why I was there. He gave us a upgrade plus a great deal on the room. He said That he wanted us to have a great time. Thank you again Christopher. - Excellent location, no need for a car. The staff were friendly and the bar in the basement came in handy every evening for a beer (or two) before bed. Great view from bedroom window. Good location for shops, restaurants, bars, etc..... everything you expect on a city break. Would definately stay here again.

  Hotel was clean & comfortable. We enjoyed lunch & breakfast at the restaurant. Service was excellent. - The staff was friendly and was helpful in selecting room. The location is the selling point.
