Staff was great. We had a lot of luggage and a car to return. Gave us
easy directions to rental car facility, we hopped on the rental shuttle
back to the terminal and John picked us up and stopped by two
restaurants to check on wait times. He had a great suggestion for

The entire staff (Bruce, Maik, Dave and housekeeping) is absolutely delightful, considerate and go out of their way to make our entire stay comfortable. On our last day, we deposited our suitcases to the front desk in the morning and asked them to drive the suitcases in the hotel shuttle and picked us up from the Link Light Rail station at the end of the day and head straight to the airport to save time. This allowed us to enjoy beautiful Seattle at ease and making our evening flight without a

Maid was very friendly. The facilities were nice and our room was right where we wanted to be as far as the location in the building. I liked that their was convenience around me. The Steak House, well stocked convenience store, Espresso stand and gas. Close to freeway. -
Compared to others, the beds were very comfortable but I have issues with those small stuffed pillows.

This hotel was close to the Amtrak station and I was coming in via train to Tacoma. The hotel provided a shuttle to the hotel and back the next day. The shuttle arrived in a very timely matter and I did not have to wait. This saved me in cab cost. The staff was all very friendly. The resturant within the hotel had good food and friendly staff too

nice and comfortable. friendly staff. Being alone in the area, the shuttle was very convenient to travel with to the shopping center and around. The bus stop is walk-able too.

I was impressed with how willing the staff were to go the extra mile to

The front desk person was so nice and accomodating. I did not feel well and he was able to have our room ready as soon as he could. The beds were very comfortable and a very nice room. -
Rooms were very clean; staff was very helpful; price was right;

Very friendly at the front desk. Check in was quick and easy. Had a
couple problems and they were addressed immediately. Perfect
accommodations for a large family like mine, for the price. -
The staff was fantastic- very kind and very helpful. The facilities was spotless. And I felt very safe and comfortable staying there alone.
