Bert serves an excellent breakfast and was very helpful providing hiking info. We relaxed for one hour in the hottub outside and shared one of Berts tastefull pizza's. A good place to stay! -
We liked the hot tub barrel...very unique idea! The owner and service was exceptional! The rooms were clean and pretty.

The rooms were large and very nicely painted, up to date and decorated,
very comfortable rooms. The pool was nice. The whole inn was very clean
and well-taken care of. The continental breakfast had great breads and
variety. It was also possible to order eggs and bacon for a small $5.00
fee - a bargain. The coffee was also very good. We weren't the

room was lovely. All in all, a great, quiet place to stay. -
The family that runs the inn are just wonderful, Kate has the two cutest little boys you could ever imagine -- Sam who is only 15 mos old came out at breakfast to hand us all our cutlery. laid back and friendly, and the room was spacious and spotless -- loved having the little mini kitchen too.

Your staff. I had to leave my car in the parking lot and the keys at
the front desk until my wife came and picked up the car. It may be a
small thing for your staff to do but it was a relief that my car was
safe. Your staff was very helpful with my problemm and I will probably
need to fly out of burlington again and if I do I will stay at you

Nice and clean facilities,friendly helpful staff. Gave us an easy access room to make it easier to get in-out our little dogs. A free breakfast to get you on your way. Hot coffee in front desk area 24hrs.

They were very nice to actually accommodate us when I had some how
booked the wrong dates and also honored the weekday rate and not the

The salt water pool my daughter loved! Room was clean. Dont judge a book by it's cover. It may be old but it was a place to lay our head at night affordably. Convient location, grocery store, pharmacy, and take out walking distance. Thank you :) -

Very friendly at check in. Nice large suite with good facilities. Private patio at the rear of the suite, which had nice views of the river. The breakfast was very good, with lots of choices including excellent granola. I would definitely stay here again. -

even met. From the reception, dining, staff waling the hall to checkout

Absolutely beautiful! We can not wait to go again in the winter. All of the staff were very friendly & courteous. The views are breathtaking.
The rooms were very comfortable with silky feeling sheets.
The pool area was plenty big with room for kids & the adults along with a nice bar area to get food & beverages.

They were really friendly and always ready to give advices. The mini suite was really big, thoere was a lot of activities in the hotel : pool, spa, kid playground. Well located too for outdoors activities. And the breakfast is really good. The afternoon tea is a very nice touch, too!

It was budget friendly, family friendly, good space in rooms, clean,
staff was very friendly and accomodating especially when we needed to
switch rooms. Close to Mt Mansfield and town. Breakfast was a little lacking-
