The hotel was beautiful, had old-world charm but all the modern conveniences, including a refrigerator in the room. The tall ceilings, big window, and huge bathroom were fabulous. It was convenient to ETSU and all the stores and activities in Johnson City. -

Due to a last-minute cancellation elsewhere, we were lucky enough to
find a room for 5 people at The Hilton Nashville. The staff at this
hotel, from front desk to housekeeping, all had amazing customer service
skills. They were all professional, polite and probably some of the
nicest staff I have ever dealt with in a hotel.

Staff was unbelievably helpful, courteous, and accomodating. Great in every way and we stay a a lot of hotels. Close to the Grand Ole Opry, and close enough to Broadway and other Nashville points of interest. Local bars like Music City Bar just adjacent to the hotel were WAY better than you might expect. -

I liked the breakfast, the bed,the TV and the parking ( there was alot of parking in front which is unusual). and that they let me leave my car there for 9 days, free.

The staff was incredible friendly and helpful! They knew us by name everytime we would walk by the lobby. The room was very clean and up to date! The free breakfast was definitely a money saver and it was delicious! They upgraded our room for us because it was our honeymoon! There was not one thing I could complain about! -

The resort had great staffing service. Their behaviors were very professional and personable even down to the grounds keeper and maintenance crew. Their attitudes reflected an open and friendly environment with a willingness to help! Their facilities and rooms were surprisingly up to date with newer renovations and modern art in the club house

It was very nice, the staff was great... The room was very clean like a home away from home... The king suite with the fireplace was very cozy... It was actually like a one bedroom apartment. I really enjoyed my stay, I will definetly be back.

Had 1 small issue with our room.Spoke to Samantha at the front desk and she was more than helpful, and went beyond and above to correct our issue quickly !!
