We were warmly greeted at check in. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite with complimentary breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed and bedding was extremely comfortable. Food was delicious. The manager Rebecca was extremely warm and friendly. We were very impressed with her. The rooms were very clean and housekeeping did a great job. The location was the best. We were pleased with our stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful generally.I liked the decor in my room. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice. I liked the environmentally friendly toiletries provided. I loved the experience. The hospitality was outstanding. The gathering terrace room with the most comfy SW leather and kiva fireplace with ponderosa pine burning was perfect for cocktail hour and breakfast. I was happy to have an exercise room and all the spa amenities. The welcome basket of fruit was such a standing touch of class. Want to go back!!!!

The manager gave us a tour of the hotel and showed us to our room. He
explained everything. Times for breakfast, shuttle to the shopping
area in old Albuquerque etc. He was great and so was the room. Our
shuttle driver gave us recommendations for dinner and pointed out some
places to visit. We enjoyed our one night in Albuquerque. We had to
cut our visit short by 1 day at the last minute. We wished we could
have stayed longer.

Very nice setting. Had a big suite with two rooms - ideal for three travellers (no couples). WiFi was acting up a wee bit when trying to reconnect the tablet, but overall was ok.
Breakfast was fantastic! Real plates and silverware, nice strawberry-sauce for the waffles! Awesome!

This Staybridge Suites was the best hotel of our trip, and was the best value. We will definitely stay at this place and more Staybridge hotels in the future. This one made me a strong supporter.

Very happy with the whole experience. Convenient to the airport and the shuttle made catching the flight home a breeze. Great staff. The office facility made it possible to print the boarding passes and do a little work when I needed to. Was able to walk to restaurants and a ball game. the romm is nice. seemed like it had recently been rnovated. also continental breakfast was great and the area to eat was roomy didnt have to worry about being crowded.
