With the group of friends that stayed over the weekend, we wished we could have stayed longer. It was most relaxing and the food was very good. So much to choose from for breakfast and coffee as early as 7:30 was delightful. Wonderful location to the Plaza and great place to just enjoy the quiet. Thank-you! -

The manager gave us a tour of the hotel and showed us to our room. He
explained everything. Times for breakfast, shuttle to the shopping
area in old Albuquerque etc. He was great and so was the room. Our
shuttle driver gave us recommendations for dinner and pointed out some
places to visit. We enjoyed our one night in Albuquerque. We had to
cut our visit short by 1 day at the last minute. We wished we could
have stayed longer.

The people and facilities at Buffalo Thunder were great!!!!!! The room we had was for royalty. My husband and I would like to come back in June for his birthday. The decor, staff, the amenities, the pool, the location, free parking, the front office staff (Aloi was especially helpful). It was the second time we celebrated our wedding anniversary at the hotel and it was nice for the staff to note our celebration. It was our 52d anniversary. -

Afternoon front desk staff went out of her way to accomadate all our requests. She was amazing and fast. We requested a room change (handicap) and we were moved within 10. When asked if there were coffee pots in the room she explained that there were and send to extra coffee for us.we then requested additional pillows and we had those pillows with

I had no complaints whatsoever. The room was very nice and clean. The
staff were all polite and efficient. I don't understand some of the
complaints I've seen here. Maybe just a bunch of babies. One person
complained that the hotel/casino are way out in the middle of
nowhere. Seriously? Nobody forced you to stay there. Some Indian tribes
don't have much of a choice as to where the hotel/casino can be
located since the land was set aside for them by the us government. I
would stay there again. 4

The hotel was beautiful and in a great location, the added touches like the breakfast buffet and the afternoon tea made this hotel extra special. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely and the ability to easily check email and use the computers was another nice touch. The public rooms was nice to spend time in and we enjoyed playing cards in the evening there with our kids. My children also enjoyed the pool which was nice and warm and even swam while it was snowing!

This is without any doubt a very good and luxurious hotel. Highly recommended. Great location, great staff, great breakfast, great room. What more to ask for you may think: The hotel provided two complimentary oxygen treatments per day to treat our altitude sickness, and it really helped. -

We liked the convenience to the center of Santa Fe. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. All service was excellent. Concierge was excellent. Valet service very helpful. All staff was pro-actively making helpful suggestions. Very nice indeed. -
