I wrote a thank you letter to the manager and staff before leaving-- and I DID hate to leav - The manager gave us a tour of the hotel and showed us to our room. He explained everything. Times for breakfast, shuttle to the shopping area in old Albuquerque etc. He was great and so was the room. Our shuttle driver gave us recommendations for dinner and pointed out some places to visit. We enjoyed our one night in Albuquerque. We had to cut our visit short by 1 day at the last minute. We wished we could have stayed longer.

  Afternoon front desk staff went out of her way to accomadate all our requests. She was amazing and fast. We requested a room change (handicap) and we were moved within 10. She went out of her way and was fantastic. the hotel is beautiful the restaurant was clean and very affordable. The hotel and casino wer - I had no complaints whatsoever. The room was very nice and clean. The staff were all polite and efficient. I don't understand some of the complaints I've seen here. Maybe just a bunch of babies. One person complained that the hotel/casino are way out in the middle of nowhere. Seriously? Nobody forced you to stay there. Some Indian tribes don't have much of a choice as to where the hotel/casino can be located since the land was set aside for them by the us government. I would stay there again. 4

Our room was lovely and the ability to easily check email and use the computers was another nice touch. The public rooms was nice to spend time in and we enjoyed playing cards in the evening there with our kids. My children also enjoyed the pool which was nice and warm and even swam while it was snowing!
