We were warmly greeted at check in. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite with complimentary breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed and bedding was extremely comfortable. Food was delicious. The manager Rebecca was extremely warm and friendly. We were very impressed with her. The rooms were very clean and housekeeping did a great job. The location was the best. We were pleased with our stay.

The manager gave us a tour of the hotel and showed us to our room. He
explained everything. Times for breakfast, shuttle to the shopping
area in old Albuquerque etc. He was great and so was the room. Our
shuttle driver gave us recommendations for dinner and pointed out some
places to visit. We enjoyed our one night in Albuquerque. We had to
cut our visit short by 1 day at the last minute. We wished we could
have stayed longer.

Casita Chamisa is a totally unique and grand B&B experience. It offers a SW adobe flavor experience, with an international flair. Arnold, our elderly but vigorous host, is charming and solicitous. The room was spacious, faced a courtyard and was close to the pool. It provided a cool green sanctuary in the middle of a hot urban landscape. -

We really liked the decor of the Luxx. The rooms and the lobby were very attractive and interesting. I was very happy to be able to find a two-bedroom suite so close to the Plaza. We also appreciated having a parking garage so that we didn't have to park on the street. The staff members that we met were very accommodating and helpful. -

The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the front desk personnel. While our room was not in an ideal location (the enclosed hot tub was right out our door), we were able to see much better rooms, which were only available by calling the establishment. There is a swimming pool for my kids, a large hot tub, a small hot tub
and lots of space to walk. For adults the El Rey has lovely gardens,
lots of New Mexico history and character in the buildings plus just
enough kitsch to make it an interesting place to stay. I found the
pictures on this website to be a good representation. If you want to
stay in a hotel with character rather than some new hotel that looks
like every other hotel, then this is the place for you! Loved it!

I loved how comfortable the beds were and that the comforters were clean, it felt like I was at home. I own a Tempurpedic and I dread when I travel because the beds are always firm. I was very happy with the comfort of the mattress and enjoyed the hot breakfast I had when I woke up :) Lupita was a great hostess and constantly checked us on to make

Place was clean, beds comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful.
unknowingly we tried to book other hotels closer to the Plaza, not realizing it was Indian Market, an annual afffair that draws people both nationally and internationally, and it was opera season (the reason we stayed in Sant Fe).
I was surprised we actually got a hotel that was clean, friendly and fairly easy to manage getting to and from.and surprisingly quiet.
