  The decor, staff, the amenities, the pool, the location, free parking, the front office staff (Aloi was especially helpful). It was the second time we celebrated our wedding anniversary at the hotel and it was nice for the staff to note our celebration. It was our 52d anniversary. - Staff was friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the hotel was beautiful, and wish we could have stayed longer.

  The feeling at the Inn of the Governors just promotes relaxation. The lobby and common areas carry the fragrant aroma of pinion pine in the many kiva fireplaces, rosemary, sage, and others. The breakfast is wonderful and is served in the warmth of two kiva fireplaces. If you like more activity, the bar is busy and alive at night. The staff - The hotel was beautiful and in a great location, the added touches like the breakfast buffet and the afternoon tea made this hotel extra special. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely and the ability to easily check email and use the computers was another nice touch. The public rooms was nice to spend time in and we enjoyed playing cards in the evening there with our kids. My children also enjoyed the pool which was nice and warm and even swam while it was snowing!

  We liked the convenience to the center of Santa Fe. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. All service was excellent. Concierge was excellent. Valet service very helpful. All staff was pro-actively making helpful suggestions. Very nice indeed. - Loved the location,coziness, was there for a four hour power outage,booze,but NO food,ch... ce que les gens disent » ips and peanuts.Breakfast tortilla tasted dirty.Shampoo was empty,need a better brand.Staff was great.pool was dirty,but quickly rectified.Beds were comphy.

  Other than check in, staff very helpful....housekeeping great and remembered requests. Main building stunning, and second room I got was gorgeous. - Very friendly staff and well kept up property. The location is good and the service is very good.
