We were in Roswell for on night to attend a dance with one of our favorite bands from Tx. Our room was very much to our liking and standard and at a very reasonable price.
We were not very impressed with the prices of other places. They were very out of line and we had to make no sacrifices for the money. -

We arrived in the evening and the gentleman who greeted us was very friendly. He gave us a brochure on all the different sites to visit and different things for us to do. -
The staff was very nice and responded to our needs. Location is safe and
convenient. Basic breakfast was provided at no additional charge.

Absolutely everything from the muffins at breakfast to the colored
towels in the rooms. This place is wonderful and we will never stay
anywhere else when we are in Ruidoso!! The service is great and the
covered patio is an awesome place to read and watch the hummingbirds.
Very cozy and clean and romantic. -

Room was very comfortable and great size for 3 women. Beds were comfy; towels were clean and plentiful.
Hotel was located in an area that was easily accessible to other areas of interest. Continental breakfast was satisfying. Staff was very courteous and accommodating. -

The room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk person helped
me connect to the internet....more than once! The manager took me to
a convenience store and to car rental spot to try to locate lost
credit card. Yummy breakfast. The shuttle driver was very friendly
and played great classical music! No problems! Very quiet! Bed was

The staff could not have been nicer, more helpful and prompt. Van service to airport is great for early flights as it starts at 5am. Close to airport and there are at least two 24 hour restaurants nearby. Room had very large bed, good bathroom and air conditioning. And the small outdoor pool was a real plus. Only wish the free breakfast could be served slightly earlier for those needing 5am van to airport - but there was coffee.

The room was clean and had all the necessary features plus a microwave and refrigerator. This was also the first hotel or motel I've stayed in that had a recycling bin in the room. I was so pleased to see that they are active recyclers. -

Huge swimming pool (but not deep). The room was big and nice, the price was very low. Good location to see Chaco culture (1h30 from here). -
The facilities, though not new, were very well kept. The staff was
courteous and the bed was the best I have experienced in a long time.

Our hosts, Jerry and Linda, were great - they were very welcoming and friendly. The facility is cozy with lots of local art on the walls, overstuffed furniture and a lived in feeling. It is the kind of place where you feel like you can put your feet up and be as comfortable as you want to be. Breakfast was wonderful

Staying at the Lundeen in of the Arts was a wonderful experience! We felt very welcome and comfortable and loved the house and all the art work. I would recommend staying here to anyone who enjoys a more unique lodging experience.

Very quiet, and the motel was full. We could not hear our neighbors either upstairs or next door. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast. Not a grade A motel, but very comfortable grade B.

The staff was more than friendly and helpful. I was there to see the Ballon Fiesta at White Sands and therefore they made me breakfast 1 hour earlier!!! And it was delicious! Thanks a lot!

Chambre spacieuse -
Quiet. Felt safe, near the interstate giving easy access to travel. Nice, friendly staff. Only problem I had was that I have to eat a gluten-free diet so there were no breakfast options. That could be reminded by adding Corn Chex or rice cereal to breakfast bar. A great bargain for budget minded travelers -
