Hotel staff was friendly especially the housekeepers, the rooms were
clean, comfortable & up to date. The lobby decor was nice &
inviting, I love that they serve breakfast & it's convenient to
shopping and dining. This was a family trip and the environment was
great for my kids, just a all around good place to stay! -

I mostly liked the location. We were in the middle of restaurantes and the outlet mall was right there. So yes great location. -

The holiday inn in Hattiesburg is our usual stop on our way to destin. I wouldn't book on line ever again. Hotel gave our rooms away even though we were guaranteed. It is impossible to find availability anywherelse. -

I was very impressed with this hotel though I had never heard of it before--and the price was fantastic! The rooms were very comfortable, the casino was as good as any in Vegas, the spa and gym were great, and the Italian restaurant was yummy with the best dirty martinis in town! -

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Loved 24 hr coffee bar and fitness center excellent. Too cool for the pool but it was a beauty.

Very clean. Rooms were updated and much more than I expected for the money. View from the room was awesome. When they made the beds they even picked up my childs teddy bear off the floor and put him in between the pillows which i thought was a personal touch that showed they had pride in their jobs. Very kid friendly for a casino based hotel. Pool

First they wanted to put us on the 4th floor and were allowed to smoke
outside on the balcony. I was not happy with that because I was pretty
adamant about ordering a smoking room. She talked to her Supervisor and
put us on the 7th floor smoking room. The room was great and we were
very pleased.

Nicely decorated, designed to be pleasant - clean, comfortable. Liked the pool area. We had a nice Gulf view. Easy access to Interstate 10 and Hwy 90. Walking distance to the Beau Rivage - we were there for concert at Beau and was nice to walk. -

When I booked online the two-bedroom suite was the same price as the one-
bedroom so I booked that and I'm glad I did! The hotel sent us to
the wrong room at first, a one bedroom, which was a nice, standard hotel
room, but when I called and told them their mistake they sent us to the

The rooms were huge compared to most hotels. View of the Gulf was impressive. Location was convenient.I loved having two bathrooms. The privacy windows on the sleep area were attractive. The charming lady from Tennessee who ran the breakfast nook was super sweet and charming.Whole place smelled and looked new. Very impressive appearance of the building from outside.

Location for us doing a road trip south was good, the hotel is new and the facilities very good. We found all the staff very helpful also all areas were spotless a big plus ample free parking. The swimming pool looked a popular choice for family's who were staying.

Move aside Vegas, this place has the SEA lapping up against it! The room is immaculate, plush, all the usual trappings and comfort a casino can afford, but with a great hard-rock theme running throughout. Not a fan of rock? Really that has nothing to do with it, it's just nice to have a hotel with some personality but the comfort and size to let you enjoy yourself.
