  Hotel staff was friendly especially the housekeepers, the rooms were clean, comfortable & up to date. The lobby decor was nice & inviting, I love that they serve breakfast & it's convenient to shopping and dining.   I mostly liked the location. We were in the middle of restaurantes and the outlet mall was right there. So yes great location. - The convenience to shopping, movies and variety of restaurants. The room was comfortable.

  I was very impressed with this hotel though I had never heard of it before--and the price was fantastic! The rooms were very comfortable, the casino was as good as any in Vegas, the spa and gym were great, and the Italian restaurant was yummy with the best dirty martinis in town! - Very nice hotel in general.   The room was clean and the ac worked great, the room was cold just the way we wanted it!!! The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. - Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Loved 24 hr coffee bar and fitness center excellent. Too cool for the pool but it was a beauty.

  Very clean. Rooms were updated and much more than I expected for the money. View from the room was awesome. When they made the beds they even picked up my childs teddy bear off the floor and put him in between the pillows which i thought was a personal touch that showed they had pride in their jobs. Staff was friendly and helpful. - First they wanted to put us on the 4th floor and were allowed to smoke outside on the balcony. I was not happy with that because I was pretty adamant about ordering a smoking room. She talked to her Supervisor and put us on the 7th floor smoking room. The room was great and we were very pleased.

  Nicely decorated, designed to be pleasant - clean, comfortable. Liked the pool area. We had a nice Gulf view. Easy access to Interstate 10 and Hwy 90.   When I booked online the two-bedroom suite was the same price as the one- bedroom so I booked that and I'm glad I did!   Location for us doing a road trip south was good, the hotel is new and the facilities very good. We found all the staff very helpful also all areas were spotless a big plus ample free parking. The swimming pool looked a popular choice for family's who were staying.
