You get exactly what you expect from Best Western. Friendly staff & clean comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. This hotel is also reasonably close to several different shopping outlets if that's of interest. It is also close to the lake though I couldnt find any way to get closer since its surrounded by highways. -

I loved this hotel and have stayed in many. There is a shuttle that brings you to major stops in Cambridge. Super convient and arrives after five mins of calling for only 5$ a day!
There is a nice lobby and this is close to Starbucks and Trader joes so no breakfast included isn't a huge loss.
Comfy rooms. Nice staff. Great price & location.

Most of the staff was very friendly, some were a little to "all rules." The shuttle service was actually quite nice and unexpected. I also really liked the open concept for the bar/restaurant - it was very welcoming. -

The Hotel was clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was excellent and they continued to replenish the food until closing time. I heard they also do free Dinner Buffets during the week.

The breakfast was exceptional and the afternoon snack was a nice bonus. The airport shuttle was efficient and fast and the rooms were spacious and nicely furnished. Great suite, Breakfast buffet well organized and lots of options
(would have liked some cheese or meat though). Nice Indoor swimming pool. Great location:15 minutes from downtown including walking to subway station, 5 minutes walk from/to car rental facility with 9 major companies, 5 minutes from airport terminals with hotel shuttle and no noise from airport.

Next door to the show I was attending - They gave us breakfast and made accommdation for us. That is a BIG plus for me.

I liked the indoor pool and jacuzzi. Also the coffee set up in room and
refrigerator. The tv has a good selectio of movies and the beds are
comfortable. The charges for room are good .all year round -
This hotel fulfilled all our requirements. A good pool, near to restaurants, and a good place to start visiting the attractions.

My son and I got stuck on the lockdown as well as everyone else. What a great place to be forced to enjoy. The CEO showed up..chatting with everyone. Gave us free drinks and some food. The breakfast plan is a must! Totally worth it..a bit hi end on the price...but im not complaining! Fantastic chaos that day was. Spent 3 nights. T station too! No

My room was clean, efficient, stylish, comfortable, attractive. Parking
was free (not easy to find in the Boston area), and the hotel is only a
block from the last t stop on the D-line. Since I was traveling alone
and returning late at night, I parked at the t station several times -
only $6 for the whole day.

This hotel is absolutely excellent! We stayed for 2 nights over the weekend, having taken the ferry over from Boston. We were met with a very warm welcome from the staff. Direct view of Inner Sea at Cape Cod and Lighthouses. Freindly. They lent us two bicycles for free which made our holiday good fun. This is excellent value hotel. C 15 minute walk past unique wood built homes in all sorts of styles to centre of town. Whale watching dunes lighthouses. Excelent location. Free Parking, Very courteous and genuinely friendly reception. High marks to young man (with bling in his ear) who was very efficient, courteous helpful and professional.

We loved that they had two swimming pools, but only one was open at a
time and sometimes the hours weren't what was posted. Internet for
$10/day that didn't extend to more than 1 device in the room was
a big disappointment. -
