  Since my husband had an appointment at Dana Farber hospital, the front desk did everything possible to make our stay comfortable,early check in, super quiet room(308) we did not hear one noise during our stay. Room was very clean and roomy. Front desk friendly and helpful and answered any emails with thoughtful and kind words. In short, our stay c... ce que les gens disent » ould not have been any better. Not one complaint. Although we did not use the kitchen other than for tea, it could handle a full meal, with a full siz - I was not expecting anything much due to the fantastic rate I got. Well, I was more than pleasantly surprised! The rooms and the staff and amenities were fantastic!!!! Would absolutely recommend to a friend and book here again! Thank you.

  Not perfectly located, but Tidewater made up for that in the friendliness of the staff, value, facilities, cleanliness and comfort. And not forgetting the amazing on-site breakfast diner! The guy on reception was very helpful and gave hints and tips on local eateries and things to do.   The grounds were very well-manicured, and there was access to a pool, biking trails, and picnic areas. Also a very convenient location off of route 6.   Helen, the manager/hostess, welcomed me warmly and assisted with travel questions. She takes pride in running a clean, comfortable motel and making guests feel at ease. The property was well-lit at night and the room lighting was very good. The mattresses-all brand new-were quite comfortable.   Spotless! Newly redone Excellent lighting in bathroom. Good cable and wi fi capability. Excellent room temperature control. Refrigerator and microwave in room. No coffee maker. Coffee was available in front office. Very accessible to Tanglewood and other local sites. Even cleaner than 5 star hotels. I was worried about staying in a motel, but this was the only place that allowed dogs. When I got into the room, I couldn't believe how clean and comfortable it was. Very impressed with this motel!!!
