For the first time I have experienced that the room was just as nice and big as the pictures on the booking page showed. Do upgrade to a junior suite with a cityview, It gave us a cornerroom with a 150 degree wiew abling us to se the whole of the winter sunrise while getting up in the morning. Wow! I loved everything! Everyone there went out of their way to be helpful
and accommodating. The resort is everything I could have imagined and

The rooms in the mansion were amazing... Clean, beautifully decorated,
and the most comfortable beds ever! Every staff person was amazing and
had a smile on their face, the food and service was top notch. We even
met the gm Matthew Moore who took the time out of is busy day to
congratulate us on our wedding the day before. We will go back every
year to celebrate our anniversary. We had an amazing time!

This is an old fashioned New England Inn that is being kept up to date
with excellent maintenance, good modern services--wi fi when it works,
digital tv, fitness center, very comfortable bed and comfortable chairs
in each room. The public areas are inviting, a library and computer
terminal are available and easily accessible. Food in the dining room is
very good, service is excellent. Superb shower.

The location was amazing, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming with the exception of first arrival, the valet's didn't seem too thrilled or overly enthusiastic as we weren't sure exactly what to do. The hotel was beautiful and spacious as were the rooms.

The staff was just excellent helping me deal with my various idiot vacation crises. This is the most important thing. They were cool with a late checkout and didn't pester me about it.
No cash in my wallet to leave a tip in my room and I feel terrible for that.
Good cape-style chicken salad. And I'm picky. Love to find that on the road.
