The staff was excellent from beginning to the end of our stay. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were extremely clean! Bed very comfortable. I asked the cleaning person to leave me more coffee for the room and left some money for her to take. I had more coffee and she left the money! I did leave it when we left! Close to great shopping! Close to Fenway. Near excellent dining. The Bell Hops were very nice!

For the first time I have experienced that the room was just as nice and big as the pictures on the booking page showed. We liked the resort because it's very family-oriented, it's got indoor and outdoor pools for kids to play in and relaxing lounging areas for grownups. The staff was just excellent helping me deal with my various idiot vacation crises. This is the most important thing. They were cool with a late checkout and didn't pester me about it.
No cash in my wallet to leave a tip in my room and I feel terrible for that.
