A truly outstanding hotel that was exceptional in every respect. The
best location I have ever stayed in. The staff were fabulous, nothing
was too difficult for them to attend to. Staff were polite, respectful,

I enjoied the fitness room, jacuzzi, and the swimming pool. The bed was very comfortable! Nice facilities in the room and the hotel.

A very nice suite with 2 bedrooms, separate living room and fireplace as
well as a full kitchen. Very nice rooms, and great amenities in the
hotel. They have an indoor / outdoor pool and hot tub. It's
about a 20-30 minute walk to get downtown vail, and there is a bus stop
just outside of the hotel as well. I would certainly stay here again. -

... ce que les gens disent » m was more than adequate in size. Room was clean when we arrived. Storage lockers for skis was so helpful. Pool and hot tubs were nice. Hotel was quiet. Shuttle service was so convenient, we never used our car.

We loved the atmosphere of "welcome" at this hotel. From the minute we stepped into the lobby it felt like home! Staff was relaxed and friendly and we felt more than welcome....Free wifi in room with free coffee and tea available throughout the day added a lot of comfort! Staff helped us make plans of where to eat and hike, etc.....The bed was luxurious and the breakfasts were delicious.

Everything was very clean. The staff was wonderful -- immediately
getting a faulty faucet fixed (that very day), helping us with
directions, allowing us to park in the lot after we'd checked out,
etc. We arrived after hours, which worried me a bit, but we easily found
directions to our unit and the key in a convenient drop box. We got the
king-sized bed we requested, and it was very comfortable. The unit was
attractive and well-equipped, and it included a high-efficiency washer

We got an upgrade on our room and we just loved it. I think I caould live there if you rented it out monthly. The people were so nice just like being at home. -
