The staff was great. Very helpful in my planning my day. Very friendly and enjoyable to just talk too. They knew great places to eat and see. The hotel is in a good location. Close to the things I wanted to see and transportation. The hotel prices are affordable for people on a budget. I enjoyed my stay. I will be back. -

I had a nice time staying at the Residence Inn on March 1st, 2013. I wish I could have stayed longer but my funds would not let me. But overall it was a nice experience and I would recommend this place to anyone and of course I will be returning to the Residence Inn in the near future or sooner. -

Since there was no room at the time of arrival--we left luggage and when we returned we were given a first class room at our regular room price. this made up for any inconvenience of room not available at time of arrival. Would stay there again. Love the location of the hotel. had stayed there many times when it was Holiday Inn. Woulld defin

Great location for enjoying the French quarter yet getting some sleep. East side of the French Quarter, one block from Bourbon St. Easy access to the city streetcar system. Busy staff try very hard to service the guests and succeed if you are patient. Lots of art and antique shops down Royal St. from hotel.

great location...short walking distance to French Quarter as well as any other area. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and would definitely stay again. -
Spaciousness of the hotel! Location is good! Far enough away from the noise of the quarter, but close enough to get there in minutes!

I Loved the comforter on our bed it was so comfortable to sleep in, and

convenient, right across the way from the street car (which isn't

This place looked little tired but the rooms were large, very clean,really great location with lots of eating places near by also street car straight across road and the staff very very helpful. Breakfast was also included and was really nice and large selection. The only negative was that we stayed the weekend of Jazz Festival and the room price nearly doubled but we would certainly stay there again loved it

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff were "Disney-
friendly" and sincere. The bed was probably the most comfortable I

I really loved the Hotel and where it was located. The breakfast buffet was delicious. My Aunt & I stayed on the 20th floor and had a great view of the Mississippi River. Easy access to the River Walk, Street Cars, Harrah's Casino and, Bourbon Street which we loved... being that this was a leisure trip/ b-day celebration

Loved the restored historical property the wide porch with rocking chairs the spacious room with large bathtub. The location was nice quiet yet close to the shops and restaurants on magazine street and the St.Charles streetcar is only a couple blocks so easy access to the French quarter. there are always brownies and fresh cake or fruit availab

The B&B owner checked us in and was fantastic. He provided us a
map of the surrounding areas and gave us a number of recommendations
for restaurants. Our room was upgraded for free. In addition to the
amazing breakfast, there were always treats on hand and an honor bar
with beer on tab and wine available. The building is amazing and our
room and bathroom were fantastic. The location is a few lovely blocks
from trolley line. We would definitely stay there again and would
recommend it.

We have stayed there before and it is our favorite place to stay in New Orleans. Good location and gorgeous. They are committed to providing first class service. - The rooftop was so romantic, you can look out over the city. The hotel had beautiful marble floors in the lobby.

Upgraded to king size bed. Quaint location w/garden patio. 1/2 mile walk to French Quarter. Hosts were nice. Breakfast was fantastic. I was allowed 12pm check out which made a big difference to me. I would return again.
