The atmosphere was perfect and everything I had expected when I booked the room. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We ran into some issue @ the beginning of our trip and weren't able to rent a car as planned. One of the staff members sat with us for an hour directing us to the best restaurants and bars outside of the French quarters. The location was perfect. Just a short block from the street cars. Since we didn't have a vehicle it was very convenient.

Great staff made us feel welcome and very helpful with all our questions. It was a joy to meet and chat with the staff at this hotel, would stay here again! Very close to French Quarter, cruise terminal everything was within walking distance, safe area to stay at. -

I had a nice time staying at the Residence Inn on March 1st, 2013. I wish I could have stayed longer but my funds would not let me. But overall it was a nice experience and I would recommend this place to anyone and of course I will be returning to the Residence Inn in the near future or sooner. -

We stayed in the Queen Anne House, which was one of several buildings in the hotel. It was a beautiful old house of about 7-9 rooms and was wonderful.. The room and bathroom were very large and clean. It was quiet and beautifully decorated with a 4-poster bed, couch, desk and a small balcony.(not sure if all rooms have balconies). The breakfast

This is a converted older home in the Garden District, close to the street car line, and has a quiet charm. The rooms are small but adequate and well furnished. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is quite good. We have stayed here twice and will again.

close to the French Quarter, this hotel was definitely a bargain for the
amenities it had. Large rooms with wi-fi, complimentary breakfast, clean
facility and rooms, very friendly staff, and secure parking. The

2 of the best things that have happened to my New Orleans trip, happened thx to this super 8:
1)the people at the reception were the friendliest ever, with good recommendations about food and everything. Especially the woman, god I can't remember her name, forgive me, you were amazing
2)the breakfast. That's a proper breakfast! Not a joke like muffins and coffee. I'm talking slices of bread, waffle machine, juice, sweets, A-M-A-Z-I-N-G.

The Staff at this hotel were very accommodating. They were extremely
pleasant & went above & beyond to make sure we had our needs
met. Our room had a sofa bed but it didn't look very nice or
supportive, so the guy (can't remember the name) came up &
brought a rollaway bed b/c there weren't any other available

The staff at Comfort Inn & Suites was incredible helpful, and the friendliest hotel staff I've experienced in any city in quite some time. We got help right away with options of parking, as well as suggestions for dinner. Great experience and value for the one night we stayed in NOLA-when we return I will definitely have Comfort Inn & Suites at the top of our list!
