  We had excellent service starting before we actually stayed at the hotel. I phoned twice regarding two different questions and both times spoke with a different, very helpful & happy employee. It was not just one of the staff that was great to deal with, but all of them. Our room was very big, the beds were luxurious, the towels and soaps were wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we spoke to probably 5 different people during our 3 day stay. Location is quite convenient, and the breakfast was much nicer and had more choices than anything we've been to with a similar price.
