  We had excellent service starting before we actually stayed at the hotel. I phoned twice regarding two different questions and both times spoke with a different, very helpful & happy employee. Got real bang for your buck here. Our room was very big, the beds were luxurious, the towels and soaps were wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we spoke to probably 5 different people during our 3 day stay. Location is quite convenient, and the breakfast was much nicer and had more choices than anything we've been to with a similar price.

  We stayed there 1night only mid-week. Ramona and guy on reception were very friendly and extremely helpful- great insider tips for vineyards!   This hotel was a few metres from my conference venue, yet significantly cheaper than the alternative. The room was clean and comfortable and the en-suite was practical and adequate.
