The staff without exception were very good, cheerful and helpful. We had a sea front room with large balcony but the decor was tired and needed up grading. The bathroom needed changing the toilet 1 cm from the door and should be moved to another wall. -

We had a suit and it had everything me and wife wanted, clean bathroom, jacuzzi and ocean view very nice. also every Saturday there's a pool party with live dj. If you want to avoid valet parking witch cost 38$ a day there's public self parking right next to the hotel for 1$ an hour from 8am-6pm after that it's free

The front office staff, particulary Alexandra and Venera(I hope i spelled that correctly) where extremely helpful and welcoming. The rooms are HUGE for a hotel. They have have been completely refurbished and are are now modern in decor and very contemporary. The beds are medium to firm and very comfortable ( for our likes). It's a 20 minute driv

this place is amazing. the staff is very friendly, the premises are very nice, the beach close is beautiful, and not so crowded, and the rooms are huge and super confortable. the possibility to cook is also quite handy.

This hotel in Surfside had only been open 5 days, so they had a few kinks to get out of the system. This was more than made up for by the friendly and helpful staff. (one particular woman in registration went out of her way to help)The location is great, the hotel is beautiful, and the weather was perfect..I wish we could have stayed longer! -
