  The staff without exception were very good, cheerful and helpful. We had a sea front room with large balcony but the decor was tired and needed up grading. The bathroom needed changing the toilet 1 cm from the door and should be moved to another wall. - I love the fact that we were able to get a ocean view room on short notice.   This hotel is the absolute best I've ever been to!!!!!! And I've been to a lot of hotels all around the world. The hotel is a whole lot better than you could se it on t - We had a suit and it had everything me and wife wanted, clean bathroom, jacuzzi and ocean view very nice. also every Saturday there's a pool party with live dj. If you want to avoid valet parking witch cost 38$ a day there's public self parking right next to the hotel for 1$ an hour from 8am-6pm after that it's free

  The front office staff, particulary Alexandra and Venera(I hope i spelled that correctly) where extremely helpful and welcoming. The rooms are HUGE for a hotel. They have have been completely refurbished and are are now modern in decor and very contemporary. The beds are medium to firm and very comfortable ( for our likes). It's a 20 minute driv... ce que les gens disent » e to South Beach, but Quarzo is in very good location as it's nice and quiet but right near the beach. - this place is amazing. the staff is very friendly, the premises are very nice, the beach close is beautiful, and not so crowded, and the rooms are huge and super confortable. the possibility to cook is also quite handy.

  This hotel in Surfside had only been open 5 days, so they had a few kinks to get out of the system. This was more than made up for by the friendly and helpful staff.
