The staff was friendly and helpful.
When we had a concern about our room, it was taken care of quickly and without any sense of it being an inconvenience. The proximity to the District shopping area was nice. The shuttle service was also convenient. -

The location is perfect as the building is somewhat away from the busy and noisy boulevard. The polo towers was very clean, they had very friendly staff, and was
perfect for what me and my friends needed. We got the 2 bedroom suite
for 6 people an they're was plenty of room for sleep and personal
space. They had three beds, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and 2 balconys. We
requested a top floor view of the strip and they were able to provide it
to us, which was great except we had to wait literally 2 hours when they
had told us it would only take no more than 30 - 60 minutes for them to

The decor was amazing! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The king bed was extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed breakfast at Rick's. The pool was fabulous and the kids fell in love with the slide. we loved the poolside service. We would love to return one day! -

We had a rather rocky start to our stay before we were finally put in a
wonderful suite. I must say the staff was great in helping us out as the
problems we encountered were not known before hand. One involved a room
too far from the elevator as my wife was on crutches and had difficulty

A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU TO "MARGO' > being disabled, my first room I believe 19075 was so far from the elevator it made it difficult for me to walk that far on a recurring basis. I returned to the booking desk and was fortunate to meet Margo. This young lady went I feel out of her way to find me another room closer to the elevator. Loved, loved, loved, everything about it. The staff, the size of the
rooms, the comfort of the beds, the pool and the different choices
onsite to eat. I liked that it was off the strip. Relaxing even,

The casino and common areas were modern clean and inviting. There were
many tasty places to eat. With the whole city nearly sold out I was
worried that staying here would be like a motel 6 but it was much
better. The linen was clean and the beds were comfy. -
I liked the fact that the hotel was away from the strip and heavy traffic. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful and I liked the atmosphere and beautiful aquarium and mermaids. The buffet had great food and variety. Hotel is very good for families.

We were so pleased to stay at this hotel. The shuttle service to the Strip is excellent. Very quiet location and a great place to unwind after the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas!! I just loved the cookies supplied at reception perfect with my morning tea. Yes teamaking facilities in the room!! -
