Great hotel, great staff. Met our non-luxury, but clean and comfortable and not necessarily "budget" needs. Good location for Rugby tournament in Sam Boyd Stadium (location was reason we chose the hotel the first time- now we just keep going back b/c we like it). -

We stayed at the MGM Grand because of the PAC 12 Basketball tournament.
Everything was convenient to the Garden Arena.
We liked the buffet, the restaurants & the food court near the Arena.
We loved the room & the bed was the best we have slept on in a hotel.
We enjoyed KA, excellent entertainment.

The Staff was courteous and efficient. Excellent facilities and everything was very clean. I will recommend the M G M to all my friends. i would like to commend the security department. I was away from the hotel and missed my check book. I called security
and they were kind enough to check in my room and found it on
the table. It was quite a relief as I was about to cancel my checking account. These are the things that mean a lot to guests.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The best part of this hotel is the
value! This is the second time my wife and I have stayed here for a
weekend get-a-way. Our Mini-Suite was situated on the corner of the
floor, which made it very quite and gave us a killer view of the city
with the ceiling to floor windows!

Aspecialy the SPA room gives a relaxation at great levels.
View on the 8e Level is gorgeous at evening.
Security is strickt to elevator entrance, but well, in a way this is positive towards security.
Overal : can recommend this hotel for everyone who likes to stay in Vegas With a Rental car away from the strip and with all HW entrances nearby.
So : easy location and near everything if you got a car : the perfect combination.

I cannot rate the staff because we had 2 experiences, one bad, one
great. The first woman we checked in with was just snotty-attempting to
be business like, but really, was a b----. Wouldn't give us a good
rate, so we made reservations from Booking right then and there. Then,
went to the other check in person, named Derek, and he was great. The

The staff were excellent to deal with. We stayed for 2 days then away a night before returning for another 4 and they allowed us to view a different room first so we could check in straight away. As it turned out, we wanted the same room we had before so they made that happen and recognised the room had just been released so we could checkin right then. The facilities were exactly what we needed for a long stay. The housekeeping was also excellent as was the heated pool.

It was a marvelous, beautiful and quiet place. There is a restaurent in
the hotel, during the week and in off season it looks closed but
it's open, you have to ask. On week end the village gets alive and
ther is a lot of peoples and activities (we had fire works, jazz
concert). Big room, big bathroom with two sinks and a separate shower. -

Without exaggeration, the most immaculate and luxurious hotel suite I've ever stayed in - in fact, I thought the staff had mistakenly upgraded me when I first opened the door, as the price was so reasonable!

I can't say even one bad word about this hotel because it will not be true. Its location is very perfec becasue it is in the middle of the strip, it has a hot connection to Planet Hollywood and is a 1-5min walking distance from all popular strip hotels.
Stuffis extremely friendly and helpful and will answer any question you have. I can not even understand how those guys from security have the power to talk and be so friendly to every guest of the gotel give you both the feeling of hospitality

problems we encountered were not known before hand. One involved a room
too far from the elevator as my wife was on crutches and had difficulty

A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU TO "MARGO' > being disabled, my first room I believe 19075 was so far from the elevator it made it difficult for me to walk that far on a recurring basis. I returned to the booking desk and was fortunate to meet Margo. This young lady went I feel out of her way to find me another room closer to the elevator. affordable/reasonable. Huge choices for dining within the hotel.

accommodating. Vip parking services and baggage concierge was a breeze.

When we first arrived we were placed in a room in the seventh floor, which had windows that you could barely see out of. On top of that, we found hairs in the bed. The wave pool was amazing and very fun for my 12 and 14 year old boys
and myself. It was soo hot in Vegas (104+) that we stayed in the water
the entire 4 pool hours each day of our stay. The lazy river was fun as
well with a good speed to it for drifting or running/swimming. We
enjoyed the lux room view from the 23rd floor facing the pool. Everyone
was friendly and the Starbucks was handy. We enjoyed the Michael Jackson
One show and the buffets for each meal except one dinner and one
breakfast.

Nous avons trouvé tout ce que nous avons eu besoin à l'interieurde l'hotel - Everything! The room was just huge and it really felt like being one ofthe emperors there. The hotel upgraded our room and we got a jacuzzi forfree which was great. I would recommend Ceasar's Palace to anyone, Iwill be surely staying with them next time I visit Las Vegas.

Room with enough space for baggage and other personal belongings. Shower and towels were good and clean. Parking near the facility easy to find and always enough places available, even in the weekend.

Very kind and careful service people, Wonderful view through the window (even though it was not a direct view to the Strip).
If you need a dental kit, or a shaving kit, you can get plenty of them. (no extra charge!) Hard line internet is free, and it's fast enough. Yes, wifi is not free but hard line was enough for me.
