  Everything. Staff was friendly and polite, rooms were clean and big. Facilities were good. Hotel is situated in a Hispanic community - nice, friendly and helpful folks. - I liked that they had donuts and fruit for breakfast. Everyone had a smile on their face and was really welcoming. The bed was HUGE and the room looked clean.

  Staff was very courteous and helpfull. Bathroom had been updated and was clean. Bed was comfortable. Easy walking distance to usc facilities and numerous restaurants. - Staffs are really nice, it's very clean, quiet, near to USC. A lot of mart and food nearby.

  I stayed 4 nights, the managers were very good, because ice was not available in the motel, they gave me the ice out of there own refrigerator every afternoon for my happy Hour...the motel is only 20 minutes by car from the centre of LA's action strip and very inexpensive - The staff was very accommodating and flexible.
