The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was very nicely presented, very plentiful and very tasty. But the amenity that was the most helpful was the free shuttle from the hotel to local destinations. The shuttle driver was most accomodating and friendly. -

Close to museums and University venues. Staff at front desk,
restaurant and housekeeping were very friendly and accommodating. I
parked next door for $20 per day...from what I saw, the courtesy
shuttle was an asset. -
The young woman at the desk was fantastic! She made me feel welcome & glad to be there. The Mother's Day Brunch was wonderful.

The staff was absolutely wonderful!! From the first phone call with a question right down to the shuttle drivers every single person we came in contact with was just genuinely friendly and helpful!! Ginger at the front desk went out of her way to assist us every step of the way... -

Clean and employees were very gracious, courteous and helpful in giving us directions and suggesting what to see. Our reservation had not been registered from letsbookhotel.com but the manager graciously checked us in and honored the reservation ( we had confirmation copy).
