The staff was extremely helpful. They provided an excellent service for local transport by a very helpful lady who drives the guests to a laundry and, time permitting even to the bus station. The reception was also very cooperative in cancelling the last day's booking which was upon your own good policy in that behalf. I must particularly thank

The hotel was very convenient to everything we wanted to see. The room
rate was excellent and when we arrived we were asked why we were staying
and we were given a new better rate because of our reason. The staff was
very nice and helpful. The room was a nice size.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was very nicely presented, very plentiful and very tasty. But the amenity that was the most helpful was the free shuttle from the hotel to local destinations. The shuttle driver was most accomodating and friendly. -

The hotel is new and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Free good quality WIFI and decent enough breakfast. The location is great especially for a short stay, walking distance away from excellent restaurants and good shopping. And if you don't want to do the 5 minute walk, a free shuttle will bring you. -

Close to museums and University venues. Staff at front desk,
restaurant and housekeeping were very friendly and accommodating. I
parked next door for $20 per day...from what I saw, the courtesy
shuttle was an asset. -
The young woman at the desk was fantastic! She made me feel welcome & glad to be there. The Mother's Day Brunch was wonderful.

Loved these apartments! Reminded me of prewar buildings in nyc.

Very friendly and helpful staff every time I interacted with them. Leone was especially friendly and personable. He hung out and kept me company in the office one night as I waited for a cab that I later found out would take over 2 hours to get there (i just ended up driving). The room was very nice and I really appreciated that the furniture was left how I had rearranged it.
