I loved everything about this place- felt like home. The room was huge,
comfortable and clean, the building was charming, and dont get me
started on how rad the bar/restaurant is. Ive read a few bad reviews
of this place, and I can only assume they are written by people who live
very privileged lives. Ive stayed in some of the "nicest"

Value for cost, mostly. Try finding another hotel in the area for under
$100 a night. All essential amenities were fine--and clean. Staff was
always pleasant and helpful. We'll be happy to stay here again on
our next visit.

Loved the friendly staff and the location. There is no restaurant or
lounge but we walked a block to the Sorrento and enjoyed their lounge.
There is a neighborhood grocery(small) actually a convenience store plus
that was within a block & 1/2 that was great! Only a few blocks
from Seattle u of which we enjoyed the great gardens and landscape.
... ce que les gens disent » Great value for the money and a grand remodeled place. Believe it was
built in the early 19th century. Only a $10 (includes tip) cab drive to

The building is old, built in 1931, and has been modestly upgraded in vintage decor. If you were having an extended stay to be near a family member in a close medical center, it is ideal. No air-conditioning which is usually not a problem in Seattle. Vintage elevator would be a challenge for the handicap. Parking is close but a pay by the hour operation.

We like quirky, so the Inn was right up our alley. I had seen many ads for this hotel before, but never booked it. I recommended it to two Aussie visitors in the summer, and they gave it glowing reviews, so we gave it a try. It was all we could hope for: friendly, fun and quirky (the old icebox in the wall, the closet the size of another room, an

Clean, tasteful, comfortable, affordable, quiet, and extremely convenient to the hospital, where my husband was having tests. The blackout curtains were much appreciated. Very pleasant place to stay in the heart of the city.
