  Very nice & welcoming place, friendly and very helpful staff. We had a problem with our (shared) bathroom - we were moved to a different (bigger) room for free without any discussions. Every room is different (we got a little tour at our departure), we felt very comfortable during our stay. Breakfast was big and tasty. The immediate area is very safe and walkable with beautiful old mansions and peekaboo views of downtown and the Olympic Mountains. Broadway is an easy 3-minute walk with no hills.
