Our recieving attendant was one of the most courteous and professional people we ever encountered at a motel. Everything in the hotel from the rooms to the lobby was very clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. Most places are non-smoking which is fine, but this hotel has a covered outside smoking area. This courtesy is rare these days and was very much appreciated.

The hotel was easy to find and we had an attractive and very clean room. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were lovely and we didn't have any problems with noise. Best rates for a decent place in Flagstaff during high season. Staff was
friendly and efficient. Room was clean. Breakfast had a good selection

We had a long journey into Flagstaff and it snowed when we reached! It being our first time there and just staying for one night, we were not sure whether to bring in all our luggages. It was clean and comfortable, it was very convenient to have the garage. I liked that they try to be "green" - low flow toilets, sensible policy on linens, recycle bins for cans and bottles. -
