Everything in the hotel from the rooms to the lobby was very clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. Most places are non-smoking which is fine, but this hotel has a covered outside smoking area. This courtesy is rare these days and was very much appreciated.

Best rates for a decent place in Flagstaff during high season. Staff was

We had a long journey into Flagstaff and it snowed when we reached! It being our first time there and just staying for one night, we were not sure whether to bring in all our luggages.
