The rooms have a cabin-like feel with "timber" ceilings! The double queen I was in was very roomy...table and 2 chairs, a microwave and small fridge as well as a coffeemaker, so easy to have breakfast in the room and prepare a picnic lunch or supper! I LOVE this place. It is not fancy but it is CLEAN like no hotel I have ever stayed in. The location is excellent and the staff is friendly. They serve coffee/breakfast which I have never utilized because there is a great coffee place (Full City Coffee Roasters) right up the street. The room rates are extremely reasonable and this place is a great value.

Location was useful for us for where we were based.
Staff were fantastic. The doorman/driver Jamie was a really nice fella and helped us out a lot. Melanie at the checkout was super helpful also. Best part of the hotel was its fantastic staff. -

Everything. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The pool is only
open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, so it was unavailable for our stay,
but it is a large pool with a small separate area for young children.
The spa was wonderful and the doors were open, so it was there was fresh

The location and surrounding businesses. Convenient to the golf courses I needed access to. Room was very large and cool view of the river. Nice concierge level access. The guy working it was very professional and constantly on task. Decent continental breakfast.

I was on a motorcycle trip from Los Angeles to Seattle and back. This was a great location with a courteous staff. I loved the idea of sleeping within ten feet of where my beloved bike was parked. There are some amazing restaurants within a short riding distance. The bed was comfortable on my bad back. -

Very clean and comfortable rooms, very friendly staff. We forgot our phone in the room and noticed it, when we were already far away from the hotel. The staff was very helpful in finding the phone and sending it to us. I would definitely stay there again. -

Check-in staff very friendly and helpful, property doesn't look like much from the outside, but the rooms are very nice and comfortable - good beds, cold A/C, perfect for a travel stop, good value for the $$, morning coffee was available but we left early so didn't have any. Only passing through so we can't comment on Eugene in general -
