  Our room did not have ac. Staff gave us another room immediately and it turned out to be an upgrade. We were very happy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will return. - - Friendly staff - good b'fast - room is reasonably spaceous

  I love that all Kimpton hotels are pet friendly and they have a restaurant on site. Free coffee inmate lobby in the mornings and free wine hour in the evening. Great customer service always! - very friendly staff, room was very spacious and clean and the bed big and comfortable. Great breakfast/food at the restaurant

  Got a good deal on this hotel on letsbookhotel.com. Stayed only one night but in my opinion was enough to get a feel. Everything that is required for a comfortable stay was there. My bed was a sleep number bed !! Never seen in even high end hotels. Toiletry was great - Soap, shampoo. Staff at breakfast room is courteous and helpful.
