I love that all Kimpton hotels are pet friendly and they have a restaurant on site. Free coffee inmate lobby in the mornings and free wine hour in the evening. Great customer service always! -

It was the best place to stay! I went there by myself and this was my very first time to go abroad from my country. I was scared a little bit but staffs are so nice people. They talk me friendly but polite. Of course, the rooms are always clean. If you have a chance to go there, I highly recommend you this hotel:D -

This is a great place to use as a base camp for the San Francisco Bay Area, and Silicon Valley in general. Big airy rooms, comfortable beds, great staff, and an excellent breakfast every morning, plus a terrific gym and pool. All in all wonderful value for money and I highly recommend it. -

Got a good deal on this hotel on letsbookhotel.com. Stayed only one night but in my opinion was enough to get a feel. Everything that is required for a comfortable stay was there. Everything was good this trip.
The room was quiet. The rooms always look nice , clean and comfortable. The breakfast is always good. I like the yogurt, eggs waffles. I like having a microwave in the room so I can make tea or hot chocolate. The room temperature is good or can be easily adjusted. The staff is attentive and helpful.

I interacted with 4 different staff members, 3 front desk and one restaurant worker. None could have been nicer or more helpful.
The work cubbyhole was very good and I loved the tuner above; I used it far more than the TV.
Everything worked.
